Adsense 101 Bootcamp Week 3 – A complete website overhaul
Mar 13The website in question is built around Disney World vacations; I'm not sure why I've avoided sharing that up until now, after all I publish the site under my own name so a simple Google search would bring it to your attention! It started out life in early 2008 as a blog called A Pocketful of Pixie Dust and was a place for me to write about Disney World and why planning is key when anyone goes to visit the Mouse. I'm a long time fan of WDW and am always amazed at the number of people who just seem to show up looking lost so I wanted to 'give something back'.
Adsense 101 Bootcamp Week 2 – Are my Xfactor sites dead in the water?
Mar 06This week in the Adsense 101 Bootcamp we moved onto keyword research and site structure. Steve did a great job of walking us through the keyword research from seed keywords through to the long tail and how to find the gold nugget keywords that would not only bring in money but also be relatively easy to rank for. He then showed us how to use those keywords to build a website structure.
Xfactor Site 5 goes live and EZA articles published
Feb 09I'm struggling at the moment with an awful cough which is presenting me sleeping. Since I was up so early this morning I thought I'd try and get another Xfactor site live before work. An hour and a half later and I have Site Number 5 live with two keyword posts published and three articles freshly written and submitted to EZA.
