How to Use Google Analytics with WordPress

I’m a big fan of Google Analytics; if you’re going to build a successful website then you need to monitor your site’s traffic, visitors and incoming keywords and how better to do it than with Google’s free analytics tool?

Of course I know some people will disagree with me, they’ll tell you that you shouldn’t let Google know everything about your site as it can adversely affect your rankings. Personally I think if you don’t want Google to know about your site then you’re dabbling in Black Hat methods. Which is fine of course if that’s what you choose to do. But if you’re doing things straight up then I think you can help your rankings by letting Google have the insider track on your website.

Anyway, enough about that, if you’re reading this article then I assume you’ve already decided to go down this route and you just want to know how to use Google Analytics with Wordpress.

The Deadbeat Super Affiliate is Here – And if You’re Not Excited You Should Be!

Hello fellow IMMA peeps, sorry there’s been a little radio silence around here the past few days, I’ve been busy working on my Amazon reviews like I promised myself I would do.

I’ve been following Dab Brock’s Profitzon learnings and my Amazon commissions are higher than ever. One of my “Profitzon sites” as I affectionately call them is making sales pretty much every day!

I got an email from Dan yesterday with some really exciting news, Profitzon is about to be made over and the updated course is going to be known as the Deadbeat Superaffiliate. I thought the original course was brilliant and great value for money, but with Deadbeat Superaffiliate Dan is taking things to a whole other level.

Internet Marketing Magpies Anonymous – 10-step Programme

I don’t know about you but I’ve been making money online for a little while now and during that time I have been acting like a magpie. You show me a shiny object and I’m there, hoping to learn the secret to Internet Marketing success that will let me retire before I’m 40 and go and live somewhere warm and sunny.

That is my confession.

“My name is Clare and I am an Internet Marketing Magpie”

I have finally realised the secret to Internet Marketing success is not to spend my precious pennies on products written by rich gurus who make their living off throwing me a shiny object to distract me from my goals. No, the only way I am going to make this work is to start focusing and taking consistent action.

So I have decided to join the Internet Marketing Magpies Anonymous group and start taking steps towards curing my shiny object addiction. So far it’s a group of just one, but I wonder if you might join me in time?

Here’s the 10-steps that we need to follow to recover…

Bring the Fresh – Case Study Part 1

It’s been a while since I’ve been persuaded to hand my hard earned cash over for an IM training course, but after seeing some “number 1 spot, in a week, for a 12,000 a month search term” results I decided it was time to hand over the $97 and put the Bring the Fresh programme to the test myself.

If you haven’t heard of Bring the Fresh it’s the latest offering from Mike Long and Kelly Felix that promises to teach you how to get the much sought after hot spot on Google with SEO and a Wordpress blog. There is an affiliate focus with either Clickbank or Amazon products being promoted. There are two levels to the programme; the $97 offer gets you access to the Core videos, and then there is also an advanced $67 a fortnight for six months option. I’m starting out with the core membership, if I make money then I’ll consider investing in the advanced programme.

WP Exit – Exchange your product for backlinks

I just came across an interesting WP plugin called WP Exit. I don’t know how many of you sell products on your website but I’m sure like me you have a lot of people make it to the sales page and then click away. This nifty little plugin tracks those visitors and when they leave without buying it offers them the product for free in return for promoting it for you.
